Как уточнил врио губернатора, по решению суда средства должны быть изъяты у экс-руководителей Корпорации развития Курской области, у компаний-подрядчиков и их руководителей, бенефициаров. Он также сказал, что Генпрокуратура требовала вернуть в бюджет 3,2 млрд руб.
