Смотрю сайт ВАК. По специальности 5 4.4. - Социальная структура, социальные институты и процессы (так-то базовая специальность в социологии) в России осталось 9(!) действующих диссоветов. Из них в востоку от Урала - два: в Бурятии и Хабаровске... Еще три в Москве... И по одному в Саранске, Нижнем, Волгограде, Пензе. И все...
Безусловно, есть еще какое-то число вузовских диссоветов с правом присуждения собственных степеней. Но устоявшейся практики признания таких степеней по-прежнему нет, и если планировать работу за пределами вуза - места защиты, возникают вопросы. Теоретически должны везде признавать, но... "есть нюансы".
Интересная, однако, тенденция. В стремительно меняющемся обществе спрос на специалистов- исследователей этого общества падает...

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
