شرایط خونه خیلی چیز عجیبیه وقتی توش عمیق می‌شی. مثلا الآن رهن کامل یه خونه در سطح متوسط تهران (شاید هم متوسط رو به پایین) میشه حداقل ۱میلیارد. حالا فرض کنین ۱ میلیارد میشه معادل یک سال حقوق ۸۳میلیون و خورده‌ای در ماه بدون اینکه یک هزارتومن ازش برداری. خیلی زیاد نیست حتی توی مقیاس خورد شده؟ بعد بدی ۱ سال بشینی یه جا و باز سال دیگه🙏🏻

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
