Руслан Зинатуллин, председатель татарстанского «Яблока», получил ответ на жалобу, поданную в прокуратуру Кировского района Казани. Он сообщил, что сотрудники спецприемника не разрешили ему свидание с Зульфией Ситдиковой, несмотря на наличие нотариальной доверенности.

Прокуратура признала нарушение закона и внесла представление об устранении нарушений, однако ограничилась дисциплинарной ответственностью одного из подчинённых, а не начальника спецприёмника, отдавшего незаконное распоряжение.

Напомним, что наша сторонница Зульфия Ситдикова вместе с активистками Верой Отрешко и Софьей Федоровой отбыли 10 суток административного ареста. Их задержали 27 февраля после возложения цветов в память о Борисе Немцове.
