Сегодня 5 ноября в 1918 году председатель Реввоенсовета республики Л.Д. Троцкий подписал указ о создании Регистрационного управления Полевого штаба Рабоче-Крестьянской Красной Армии. Этот день считается основанием военной разведки. Новой России, естественно, поскольку, военная разведка при царях православных тоже была, тем не менее сейчас это праздник.
И я будучи человеком военной разведки хотел бы отметить этот день задушевным разговором на предмет технологии Большой Игры на картах, которая именно методами разведки дает возможность заглянуть в расклады сил мировых проектов и что-то углядеть в динамике пересечения силовых линий которые ныне пытаются назвать многополярным миром. @AndreyDevyatov
