در این گزارش آمده است که اشغال دائمی به «زمینه آزمایشی عالی» برای تولیدکنندگان سلاح و شرکت‌های بزرگ فناوری تبدیل شده است و اشاره شده است که سرکوب #فلسطینیان «به‌تدریج عادی و خودکار شده است».
در این گزارش نمونه‌های متعددی از مشارکت این شرکت‌ها در حمایت از جنایات ارتش اشغالگر، از جمله حمایت مایکروسافت، گوگل و آمازون از #صهیونیست‌ها با «زیرساخت‌های ابری حیاتی و هوش مصنوعی» در اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ ارائه شده است. در این گزارش همچنین به سیستم‌های هوش مصنوعی توسعه‌یافته توسط ارتش اشغالگر برای پردازش و تولید اهداف در طول جنگ علیه #غزه، با همکاری شرکت فناوری‌های پالانتیر، اشاره شده است.
گزارش از دادگاه کیفری بین‌المللی و نهادهای قضایی خواست تا تحقیقات و پیگرد قانونی مدیران و نهادهای این شرکت‌ها را «به‌دلیل نقش آن‌ها در ارتکاب جنایات بین‌المللی و پولشویی عواید حاصل از این جنایات» ادامه دهند.
