В 2022 году количество несанкционированных свалок отходов в России сократилось на 17%, или на 2,6 тыс. объектов, подсчитала FinExpertiza. Впервые за четыре года наблюдения число стихийных свалок стало уменьшаться.
Особенно сократилось общее количество нелегальных свалок в Башкирии (–921 объект), Челябинской области (–525), Пермском крае (–406), Самарской области (–294), Югре (–283), Нижегородской области (–224), Свердловской области (–201), Ленинградской области (–164), Волгоградской области (–148), а также Санкт-Петербурге (–148).

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
