Вчера дым из окна увидел сосед и вызвал пожарных. В доме было сильное задымление. Огнеборцы работали в аппаратах на сжатом воздухе. В одной из комнат тлел матрас и личные вещи. Возгорание оперативно потушили.

Хозяин находился в соседнем помещении, он не пострадал. В доме сильно закопчены стены.

Предположительно: мужчина грелся плиткой с открытой спиралью. Из-за нарушения правил эксплуатации электроприбора началось возгорание.
