Экспорт российской нефти в Турцию упал до минимума

- Морские отправки российской нефти в Турцию к середине февраля упали до минимума с сентября 2024 г. - 183 тыс. барр./сут. 85% отгрузок Urals в Турцию идут из Приморска и Усть-Луги, а 15% - из Новороссийска
- С 25 января прекратились отгрузки нефти в адрес НПЗ Turpas в Измите (мощность 11,3 млн т в год), НПЗ пока переключился на закупку ливийской нефти.
- За 01-18 февраля Россия отгружала Urals только в адрес порта Алиага, где расположены НПЗ Star компании SOCAR (мощность 12 млн т) и Измирский НПЗ Turpas (мощность 11,9 млн т). Отгрузки в адрес порта Немрут, который также расположен рядом с этими НПЗ, прекратились с 31 января. Вместо российской нефти в эти порты активно пошла нефть из Гайаны - 16 февраля было направлено сразу два судна с 2 млн барр. сырой нефти.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
