جامعه ایران با پشت سر گذاشتن صبورانه ۴ حادثه بزرگ طی مدتی کوتاه، و با از دست دادن بخش بزرگی از داشته‌های انباشته پیشین خود، وارد سومین رکود تورمی طی کمتر از ۱۴ سال شده است و می‌داند که قرار است قسمت دیگری از رفاه خود را نیز در این مرحله از دست بدهد.
از سوی دیگر، زخم‌های عمیق دیگری همچون ناترازی برق، ناترازی گاز، بحران آب، نیز سر باز کرده‌اند که نقطه اصابت آن‌ها، اشتغال کسب‌وکارهای متوسط و بزرگ و همچنین، کسب‌وکارهای خرد هستند که فشار سنگین‌تری را وارد خواهند کرد.
دست‌به‌دست دادن این دو مجموعه مشکل بزرگ و نبود چشم‌اندازی روشن و «معتبر» از چگونگی پایان یافتن آن‌ها، باعث شده است که جامعه ایران خود را در مواجهه با این مشکلات، تنها بیابد.
