🔹بیست و سوم مهرماه، روز جهانی عصای سفید، یادآور اراده‌های استوار و دل‌های روشنی است که با تکیه بر ایمان، تلاش و امید، تاریکی را به نوری درونی بدل کرده‌اند.
🔹در این روز، به احترام کسانی می‌ایستیم که با گام‌هایی استوار و عصایی سفید، نماد استقلال و آگاهی، مسیر زندگی را می‌پیمایند و به ما می‌آموزند که «دیدن» تنها به چشم نیست، که به دل و باور است.
🔹جامعه‌ای پویا و انسانی، جامعه‌ای است که در آن، هیچ ناتوانی مانع حضور، رشد و شکوفایی انسان‌ها نمی‌شود.
🔹روز جهانی نابینایان، فرصتی است برای تجدید عهد با برابری، همدلی و فراهم آوردن محیطی دسترس‌پذیرتر برای همه‌ی اعضای جامعه.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
