(-62% г/г и -44% кв/кв) ▫️Объём продаж: 118 тыс м2 (-70% г/г, -47% кв/кв; ▫️Доля ипотек: ‼️59% (для сравнения: 2 кв: 88% и 76% во 2 кв 2023г). Результаты за 9 мес 2024г.: ▫️Стоимость заключенных новых договоров = 115 млрд руб. (-21% г/г‼️; 1ПГ24: 86 млрд руб.) ▫️Объем продаж: 487 тыс м2 (1ПГ24: 369 тыс. м2. ▫️Доля ипотек: 78%.
🔹Это первый отчет, отражающий влияние отмены льготной ипотеки (8%) в России с 1 июля.
🔹Цифры ожидаемо слабые. Особенно на сравнении с высокой базой прошлого года.
Снижение спроса на недвижимость очередной негатив для металлургов, их акции сегодня отреагировали на результаты ЛСР снижением.
