🗓 22 октября в Колонном зале Казанской Ратуши прошёл гала-концерт солистов стран БРИКС в преддверии начала основной части программы Саммита #БРИКС.

🎼 Для лидеров стран Объединения выступили лауреаты международных и всероссийских конкурсов, солисты ведущих театров и творческих коллективов стран БРИКС в сопровождении Симфонического оркестра Татарского академического государственного театра оперы и балета имени Мусы Джалиля.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
