В избирательном законодательстве будет закреплена возможность проведения полностью электронных выборов — без использования бумажных бюллетеней. Это следует из внесённого в Госдуму законопроекта, разработанного группой парламентариев во главе с сенатором Андреем Клишасом.
Необходимость такой меры объясняется трудностями изготовления бюллетеней силами региональных избирательных комиссий.
