Как сообщает Министерство юстиции РФ @minjust_russia на своем сайте, с 20 октября 2024 г. вступили в силу ряд положений Федерального закона от 22 апреля 2024 г. № 83-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон “Об адвокатской деятельности и адвокатуре в Российской Федерации”».
Так, с 20 октября начал действовать новый порядок выдачи удостоверений адвокатам. Удостоверение выдается территориальным органом Минюста России сроком на пятнадцать лет с последующей его заменой. При этом адвокат обязан сдать свое удостоверение по истечении срока его действия в территориальный орган Минюста России, который выдал адвокату удостоверение.
Для комфортной смены удостоверений Законом № 83-ФЗ предусмотрен трехлетний переходный период.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
