В соответствии с распоряжением главы МО «Город Астрахань» к таковым относятся Петровская набережная от здания Дворца бракосочетания до памятника Петру I (с 15.00 до 22.00) и площадь Ленина от ул. Адмиралтейской до ул. В. Тредиаковского (с 10.00 до 15.00).

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
