В турнире участвовало восемь команд, разбитых на две подгруппы. На групповом этапе псковичи разгромили петрозаводский «Пульс» – 7:1 и спортшколу «Сергея Фёдорова» из Кировска – 8:1, но уступили петербургской «Альфе» – 3:4 и, заняв второе место, вышли в полуфинал.
В 1/2 финала «Торнадо» уступило смоленскому «Славутичу» – 4:9, а в матче за третье место переиграло мурманскую «Арктику» – 8:2. Победителем соревнований стал клуб «Альфа», переигравший в финале «Славутич» – 4:1. Лучшим игроком турнира признали псковича Александра Маркелова.
