Участники волонтерского лагеря Единой России «Прибайкальский рубеж» в Тулуне помогли очистить от неликвидной древесины парк вокруг памятника Герою Российской Федерации Евгению Зиничеву.

Евгений Николаевич Зиничев, будучи главой МЧС России, погиб в 2021 году, спасая жизнь человека. В 2019 году он лично курировал устранение последствий паводка в Иркутской области. Памятник в Тулуне торжественно открыли в декабре 2024 года.

Среди тех, кто помогал в уборке аллеи - представители Единой России, всероссийского студенческого корпуса спасателей,
лесного хозяйства и
волонтеры ЧС Иркутского района.
