Мещанский суд Москвы продлил срок содержания под стражей бывшему мэру Сочи Алексею Копайгородскому и его жене Янине до 17 августа 2025 года.
Копайгородский обвиняется в получении взяток в особо крупном размере и растрате. По данным следствия, к основному делу добавлены два новых эпизода взяточничества от крупных бизнесменов. Общая сумма предполагаемого незаконного обогащения экс-мэра и его супруги составляет около 332 миллионов рублей.
Супругам также вменяют хищение земельных участков в Сочи. Янине Копайгородской дополнительно предъявлены обвинения в принуждении двух свидетелей к даче ложных показаний.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
