Пензенская область всегда приходила на помощь Донбассу. Мы принимали эвакуированных и в годы Великой Отечественной, и в 2014-м году - когда начался обстрел территорий нынешних ДНР и ЛНР, и в 2022-м - когда новые республики заявили о своем праве на самоопределение. Сегодня привезли на Донбасс более 50 тонн гуманитарной помощи. Это продукты питания, бытовые товары и строительные материалы. Нужно восстанавливать разрушения, готовиться к мирной жизни.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
