На этой улице находятся 45 многоквартирных домов, и в 36 из них уже прошёл капитальный ремонт: отремонтированы 14 фасадов, 25 крыш, 6 фундаментов, 4 подвала.
Минувшим летом завершили ремонт дома №26а — здесь строители работали вручную, потому что дом облицован плиткой из инкерманского камня, а значит, нужно было использовать те же технологии, как при ремонте домов — объектов культурного наследия.
Всего в этом году ФСКР уже отремонтировал 118 домов в разных районах города.
