В то же время производство в Океании сократилось на 1,3%, в Персидском заливе — на 2,7%. Африка нарастила выплавку алюминия на 5,6%, до 132 тысяч тонн. Северная Америка снизила выпуск на 1,5%, а Южная Америка — увеличила на 1,6%.
