Мелеузовским межрайонным следственным отделом СУ СК России по Республике Башкортостан в качестве обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение взятки в особо крупном размере) привлечен заместитель главы администрации Мелеузовского района по строительству, ЖКХ и инфраструктуре. Судом, по ходатайству следователя, ему избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу сроком на 2 месяца.
