🔹 با شروع تحریم‌ها در دهه ۹۰، مشکلات ما هم شروع شد. در ۱۳ سال، میانگین تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص حدود ۱.۷ درصد بوده است.
🔹 ظرفیت‌های مختلفی در بازار سرمایه وجود دارد. رشد اقتصادی سال ۱۴۰۳ زیر سه درصد اتفاق خواهد افتاد. اگر این روال ادامه پیدا کند، تا پایان برنامه هفتم، رشد اقتصادی ما بیش از ۲.۶ درصد نمی‌شود.
🔹 من به توافق‌های حداقلی خوشبینم. اگر منابع ما آزاد شود، می‌توانیم به رشدی که در بودجه پیش‌بینی شده دست پیدا کنیم.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
