«حمید منافی نادارلی» فعال آزربایجانی طی ابلاغیه‌ای که ۱ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۳ از طریق سامانه ثنا قوه قضاییه دریافت کرده، به شعبه اول اجرای احکام کیفری دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان بهارستان احضار شده است.

در ابلاغیه صادره آمده است: «در خصوص پرونده شما لازم است ظرف مدت ۱۰ روز جهت پرداخت جزای نقدی در این شعبه حاضر شوید ضمنا با حضور بموقع جهت پرداخت جزای نقدی از بیست درصد تخفیف احتمالی برخوردار شوید».
