Акции решили вернуть, оспорив ранее заключённый договор купли-продажи ряд офшоров, принадлежащих когда-то россиянам из ФПГ VS Energy (Александру Бабакову, Евгению Гинеру и Михаилу Воеводину). Сейчас у Жеваго не знают с кем связывать эти офшоры (Trimcroft Services Limited, Emsworth Assets Limited, Gilson Investmens Limited и Calefort Developments Limited) – с россиянами или с Игорем Коломойским. В любом случае, схема с выигрышем в суде россиян и последующей «национализации» их доли в Полтавском ГОКе списана в утиль.
