Вот уже лет 5-6 единственное, что мне реально (!) помогает справляться с рабочими задачами и дополнительными темками, учиться, читать книги – это начинать работу в 5-6 утра.
1 – до 10 утра никто тебя не отвлекает, можно спокойно поработать 2 – в это время нет встреч :) 3 – лично у меня повышенная эффективность, да и весь город спит, а ты нет (пустая кофемания 😱) 4 – как писал Мутовин / Hormozi , потом хочешь рано лечь спать 😁
Если вы жалуетесь на количество встреч в рабочее время и что ничего не успеваете, попробуйте начать рабочий день в 5 утра, гарантирую что к 8 часам уже 80% задач будет сделано))) даже пост напишите 😁

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
