Среди уникальных образцов, появившихся на выставке "Моторы Войны" в этом году, следует выделить полугусеничную машину ГАЗ-В. В нашей стране тема полугусеничных машин стала развиваться еще до революции. Далее наступила пауза, которая продолжалась до конца 20-х годов. Работы по советским полугусеничным машинам санкционировали военные, но так получилось, что лучше всего они себя проявили не на фронте, а на северах. Там же эти машины использовались дольше всего, кроме того, в тех местах до сих находят их останки.
Новинка выставки, восстановленная мастерской Евгения Шаманского, использовалась на Таймыре. Ныне машина полностью на ходу, сейчас известно всего два экземпляра ГАЗ-В, доживших до наших дней.
