Всем привет! Занимаясь смехом, осознала насколько в грустном, подавленном пространстве я почти все время нахожусь и легкости давно нет, почти с детства. Мозг сопротивляется новому легкому состоянию, которое появляется после смехозарядок, но длиться недолго. Через силу смеяться получается, но смех неестественный и в итоге чувствую тяжесть. И еще в первые 2 дня во время смеха немного щемило сердце. В обычной жизни сердце не болит. Как работать с этими состояниями? Как идти на курс, когда столько сопротивления, тяжести и внутренней обесценки?

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
