Алексей с 14 года поддержал Русскую весну, много раз бывал на Донбассе, написал множество портретов русских солдат. Одна из лучших его работ - портрет Александра Шубина, "Злого", друга, боевого товарища и соратника Захара Прилепина, отдавшего свою жизнь за други своя. Поклон и память!
