Mr Anatoly Borovik, Russian Ambassador to Cambodia, participated in the auspicious ceremony of lighting the Victory Flame at the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh, presided over by His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of attaining national independence.
