Минфин РФ оценивает вклад повышения ставки налога на добавленную стоимость (НДС) в инфляцию в 1 процентный пункт.
Ранее было предложено с 1 января 2026 года повысить ставку НДС с 20% до 22%.
Сбалансированный бюджет, по мнению Центрального банка, будет способствовать смягчению денежно-кредитной политики за счет более высоких темпов экономического роста и, как результат, дополнительных поступлений в бюджеты всех уровней и роста доходов населения.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
