Как и с Гарасой, история города закончилась землетрясением 745 года. Только Гадара была ближе к эпицентру и сохранилась гораздо хуже, если в Джераше есть и стены и балки перекрытий, то тут только стоящие колонны. В этих местах вообще часто трясёт, недавнее землетрясение в Турции – тоже рядом.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
