📌На т.н. ЦЗ ДНР провели свыше 60 таких мероприятий. Их участниками стали более 360 граждан
Основное внимание уделили ветеранам СВО и их родным, несовершеннолетним, родителям малолетних детей, опекунам и попечителям

💠На мероприятии ЦЗ г.Ясиноватой ветераны СВО наряду с информацией о мерах господдержки в сфере занятости получили консультации отдела правового обеспечения администрации по вопросам оформления льгот, выплат, решения жилищных проблем и др.

💠В ЖК «Лулуди» при Старобешевском РЦЗ представитель территориального отделения судебных приставов ответила на вопросы женщин, касающиеся защиты интересов семьи

💠Тельмановский РЦЗ организовал для граждан с несовершеннолетними детьми встречи с сотрудниками:
- отдела опеки и попечительства
- отделения ГИБДД

💠В ЖК «Мамы для мам» при ЦЗ г.Макеевки представители СФР по ДНР проинформировали участниц о мерах господдержки семей с детьми, доступных программах и выплатах

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
