Ранее депутаты от КПРФ и СРЗП предлагали ввести повышенный НДФЛ для сверхбогатых россиян, выше текущих 22%. По их расчетам, это позволило бы собрать в бюджет дополнительно 1,5-2 трлн рублей. Но правительство предпочитает собирать с небогатых. @neoreshkins
