В Генштабе сообщили - Главное отличие резервистов от контрактников – это совмещение гражданами пребывания в резерве с трудовой деятельностью по основному месту работы. Резервист не является военнослужащим и обладает всеми правами гражданских лиц. Стать резервистом можно только добровольно, без мобилизации или призыва. Всем, кто заключит такой контракт, будет положено довольствие. Также резервисты будут служить только на территории своего региона.
