Второй день говнища и мой сон + HRV

Первый в порядке, если бы было прям ровно то не было бы нескольких незаметных пробуждений и длинного в начале. Это было бы 9 часов почти полностью без пробуждений.

Второй не в порядке, это кстати на мой взгляд как можно распознать ПТСР у человека, просто смотреть за его HRV.

Для меня прям хорошо это 115-120, сейчас вот 92 ночью. (Больше - лучше но не до бесконечности :) )

В общем глобально мои знания работают даже при обстрелах😂

А вот со стрессом я думаю поднажать ещё + ромашкафенхельмаршиеллоурут должны поспособствовать
