Мухтар Сулейманов и Абдулхалик Курбанов служили на 7-й пограничной заставе «Бежта» Хунзахского пограничного отряда и геройски погибли в 2004 году, выполняя свой долг.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
