این قانون از اوایل سال اینده میلادی به اجرا درمیاد و عملا تمام باتهای هوش مصنوعی که از API تجاری این شرکت برای ارائه چت بات استفاده میکنن مثل ChatGPT و Perplexity از کار میافتن.
متا گفته این API فقط برای شرکتهایی طراحی شده که به مشتریانشون خدمات میدن مثلا شرکت مسافرتی برای پشتیبانی از چت بات هوش مصنوعی استفاده کنه. اما شرکتهایی که از این API به عنوان پلتفرمی برای انتشار چت باتشون استفاده کنن، حق استفاده از اون رو ندارن.
در نتیجه تنها چت بات هوش مصنوعی که در این پلتفرم باقی میمونه هوش مصنوعی Meta AI خواهد بود.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
