گاهی وقتا که با چالشی رو به رو میشیم ممکنه فکر کنیم که فقط ماییم که مثلا فلان مشکل رو داریم... در صورتی که کلا مسیر موفقیت و رسیدن به خواسته می‌تونه پر از این چالش ها باشه :) پس فکر نکنیم تنهاییم نه... نرماله و باید سعی کنیم تاب آوری رو تمرین کنیم و به دنبال راه حل برای حل مسئله و چالشمون باشیم❤️
