Grünkohl - Bananen - Smoothie 🥬🍌

Diese Zutaten kommen in einen Mixer und werden zu einer cremigen und homogenen Masse gemixt.

2 Hände voll Grünkohl
1 Banane
1 Apfel
2 Stängel Sellerie
4 EL Chiasamen
1 EL Braunhirse
5 Blätter Sternanis
1 dickes Stück Ingwer
Gefiltertes Wasser
1 EL Kokosöl für einen cremigeren Geschmack

Nach dem Mixen noch einige Stücken gefrorene Banane zugeben und nochmals mixen. Gebt ihr sie vorher rein, kann das Kokosöl Klumpen bilden.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
