К сожалению апелляция засилила решение суда первой инстанции, но текста определения пока нет.
✔️Недавно данное дело обсуждалось в передаче Вопрос спорный Москва 24, на которой разгорелась дискуссия между риэлтором Натальей Перескоковой ( я её знаю – замечательный специалист) и известным юристом.
Прошу коллег и юристов посмотреть и высказать свое мнение в комментариях !
