благодаря вашей помощи за сентябрь я смогла пройти небольшой курс реабилитации в Клинике восстановительного здоровья (массаж, механотерапия, лфк, контроль реабилитолога), это сильно ускорило восстановление. пока я продолжаю увеличивать объем движений (сгибание и разгибание в колене), а также постепенно возвращаюсь к привычному способу ходьбы без дополнительной опоры (пока все еще использую трость, но скоро смогу отказаться и от нее). я уже могу выходить на небольшие прогулки - после долгой иммобилизации это особенно ценно и радостно.
