Вот такой домик согласовывают на месте пустыря - ЗУ "Нововоротниковский, 4/1". Там долгое время стояло здание в сетке, но потом как и любое другое здание в сетке разложилось на плесень и липовый мед.

Домик не жилой, а общественный - 7,5 тыс. кв. м и 350 эксплуатируемой кровли - вот тут она очень актуальна. Центр, Новослободская - настоящий кайф наблюдать за городом из такой локации. Сейчас правда эксплуатируемую кровлю на башнях с высотой 100+ метров пытаются сделать. Зачем? Почему? Покажет время.
