Октябрьский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга огласил приговор в отношении Владимира Крупина, признанного виновным в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.а ч.5 ст.290 УК РФ (5 эпизодов). Суд установил, что Крупин входил в организованную преступную группу, созданную иным лицом с целью получения материальной выгоды от граждан за организацию медицинских обследований военно-врачебными комиссиями и последующее благоприятное прохождение указанных комиссий. По факту прохождения, граждане получали освобождение от прохождения службы в Вооруженных силах РФ по причине признания их ограниченно годными по медицинским показаниям, как по законным, так и незаконным основаниям. Крупин получил пять взяток на общуй сумму 173 000 рублей. Крупин вину признал, заключил досудебное соглашение о сотрудничестве. Суд назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 5 лет условно с испытательным сроком 3 года.
