Первое повышение состоится 1 октября 2024 года. Утильсбор повысят сразу на 70-85%. Далее индексация будет составлять 10-20% в год с 1 января, то есть через три с половиной месяца повышение фактически составит около 100%.
Из-за нововведения стоимость машин с двигателями до 3 литров вырастет на 100-200 тысяч рублей уже этой осенью. Цены взлетят также на каршеринг и б/у авто.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. That hurt tech stocks. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
