Are you suffering from increased inflammation, stress and low mood? The solution could be closer and simpler than you imagine

Grounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of connecting the body to the earth's surface.

The earths surface contains a negative charge, while our bodies accumulate positive charges due to exposure to electro magnetic chaos from Antennae, Satelites, TV towers, Radio towers, etc and other environmental factors

Grounding allows the body to release these excess positive charges and absorb the negative charge from the earth.

This can be done in many different ways: walking barefoot, lying on the ground or, my favorite swimming in the ocean.

Having too much positive charge in our bodies may be causing us more problems than we realise due to a disrupted cellular function leading to increased oxidative stress due to excess free radicals.

As seen, grounding provides a range of benefits (less inflammation, less stress, better rest, etc.) that can lead to a more favorable internal environment within the body, resulting in improved mood and increased energy levels for those who practice it.

In conclusion, grounding is a simple, free and natural way to enhance overall health and well-being within everyone's reach.

"Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
