አቶ አያሌው ታደሰ የሀዋሳ ከተማ ነዋሪ ናቸው። ከ20 ዓመታት በፊት የበርካታ ልጆችን ከትምህርት ገበታ ውጪ መሆን በመመልከታቸው የጀመሩት የበጎ አድራጎት ሥራ ዛሬ የ300 ተማሪዎችን ሙሉ ወጪ ሸፍነው ለማስተማር በቅቷል።

መነሻቸው በሐዋሳ የፍቅር ሀይቅ ዙሪያ ብዙ ልጆች በትምህርት ሰዓት ሜዳ ላይ ኳስ ሲጫወቱ ወይም ያለምንም ተግባር መመልከታቸው እንደሆነ የሚናገሩት አቶ አያሌው፤ ለምን ትምህርት ገበታ ላይ እንዳልተገኙ ልጆቹን ቀርበው እንዳናገሯቸውም ይገልፃሉ።

በጊዜው ከልጆቹ ምላሽ የሚያስተምራቸው አካል ማጣታቸውን የተረዱት አቶ አያሌው፤ ይህን ለመቀየር ውስጣቸው መነሳሳቱን እን ወደ ሥራው መግባታችውን ይገልጻሉ።

ሲመሰረት በ26 ተማሪዎች በሀዋሳ ዙሪያ ሎቄ አከባቢ የተከፈተው ት/ቤት በአሁን ወቅት 300 የሚደርሱ ልጆችን ሙሉ ወጪ በመሸፈን ያስተምራል።

ትምህርት ቤቱ የራሱ የምገባ መርሐ ግብር ያለው መሆኑንም አቶ አያሌው ተናግረዋል።

በአንድ ክፍል ውስጥ የሚማሩት ተማሪዎች ቁጥር 22 መሆኑን ጠቅሰው፤ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ትምህርት ለመስጠት አስፈላጊ የሆኑ መሳሪያዎችን ያሟላ መሆኑንም አብራርተዋል።
