اصغر حکمتیار از دیدگاه فلسفه محافظه‌کاری مقایسه‌ای کرده میان رضاشاه و محمدرضاشاه پهلوی (اینجا!)، که خواندنی است. اما به نظرم یک نکته‌ی مهم را جا انداخته، و آن بُعد سیاست خارجی است: سیاست خارجی محمدرضاشاه از سیاست خارجی پدرش بسیار معقول‌تر و واقع‌بینانه‌تر بود. در مقایسه با ج.ا. (یا مثلاً مصدق) هم که اصلاً نیازی به گفتن نیست! جمله‌ای شنیده‌ام که گویا سفیر انگلیس در ایران در دوران انقلاب گفته، به این مضمون که "محمدرضاشاه بایستی وزیر امور خارجه می‌بود!"
البته کسی که گوی سبقت را در واقع‌بینی سیاسی و رفتار دیپلوماتیک از همه اینها می‌رباید (آن هم موقعی که ایران بسیار ضعیف‌تر از دوران پهلوی‌ها و رقبایش بسیار قوی‌تر بودند)، به نظرم ناصرالدین‌شاه است. صد البته مطمئنم که اکثر خوانندگان با من در این نکته هم‌نظر نیستند.... @jenabegav

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
