Депутаты ГД направили обращение к главе Минстроя РФ Иреку Файзуллину с предложением разрешить гражданам передавать показания счетчиков в любой день месяца, а не исключительно с 15 по 26 число.
Такая позиция уже применяется в судебной практике.
По мнению судов, если ресурсоснабжающая организация хочет получать данные в определенные даты, то должна либо сама обеспечивать автоматический сбор показаний счетчиков, либо направлять по адресам своих сотрудников, которые будут сами снимать показания счетчиков.
